At Żiemel, we carefully prepare every order so it can reach you safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, launches or sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery within the UK.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside of Żiemel's control may occasionally occur.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Żiemel cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If you believe your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you in contacting the delivery provider where appropriate.
