What is the return policy?
Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. All purchases are considered final sale.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.
To request an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
- Items must have all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must not have been washed, damaged, stained or show any signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once we receive your item and confirm that it meets our exchange requirements, we will arrange your replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
